Truliant Federal Credit Union is working with North Carolina advertising agency, Tattoo Projects, as the successful financial institution expands its footprint into Charlotte.
Truliant Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative that provides a full line of affordable financial services to its member-owners. The mission of Truliant is “To enhance the quality of life of our members and to become their preferred financial institution.”
Forbes Magazine recently praised Truliant for a steadfast commitment to their mission. This pledge to members allowed the credit union to safely navigate the perilous depths of the financial bubble that left many of its peers barely afloat and sunk others into bankruptcy. As an example of their dedication to members, Truliant turned down a lucrative offer from a major bank because they worried it would affect customer service.
Tattoo Projects is letting Charlotte know a new face is coming to town. Truliant will shake things up with affordable services, great customer care, and, soon, top-notch advertising. The good people of the Queen City need a financial institution willing to put them first.
