Prior to founding Tattoo Projects, Buffy’s career spanned 16 years and produced a healthy collection of awards. Buffy quickly advanced from copywriter to VP Creative Director at ad agencies including Houston Herstek Favat, Kelliher Samets Volk, and Neiman Group. Buffy’s strategic thinking proved indispensible for a broad range of clients, from retail brands like Converse Shoes, Troeg’s Beer, and Hoover, to services like Comcast SportsNet, Fidelity Investments, and four separate State Departments of Health. Beyond elevating these brands to new heights, Buffy’s creative genius earned One Show, New York Festivals, National ADDYs, Philly Gold, and New England Hatch awards. Working Mother magazine chose her as one of the “Top 25 Advertising Working Mothers in the Nation”, and Business Leader magazine named her “Woman Extraordinaire.” Based on her achievements, we think that’s an understatement.
