Long before he was managing projects, Tyler Ayers was learning the value of planning, leadership, and follow-through as an Eagle Scout. A UNC Charlotte Marketing grad, Tyler already has experience in market research, community outreach, content creation, and digital communications. Before joining Tattoo Projects to learn the fundamentals of project management, he helped execute marketing initiatives for Union County Parks & Recreation and conducted market analysis for a Charlotte-based mergers and acquisitions firm. When he's not busy keeping projects moving or teams connected, you'll find him hiking trails, searching local thrift stores for hidden gems, or cultivating that sweet 'stache.
